Chuck Pierson
Relying on decades of experience across the entire spectrum of the mechanical, HVAC, hydronics and controls industries I develop unique solutions to fit the needs of those firms that I support. I am an HVAC consultant and the owner of A.I. Reps, helping firms to fill the gap between sales and project execution on an as-need basis.
I have spent my career designing and selling custom HVAC systems, solutions and services for commercial, industrial and institutional applications. I have held a number of positions in various facets of the industry. Among those experiences included Account Executive for D&B Service Group, the Daikin Factory Service arm of D&B Building Solutions, the leading manufacturer’s rep firm for New Jersey and surrounding areas, including Philadelphia and New York City. As a service sales representative, I fully encompassed the role of a building solutions provider to my customers with complete projects from equipment design, to installations and ongoing service and maintenance contracts.
Prior to selling turnkey installation projects, applied equipment and service solutions, I worked in the hydronics industry as an Account Executive for George A. Israel, Jr., Inc. (GAI), a manufacturer’s rep firm, representing leading brands of pumps, plumbing and hydronics related equipment, with Bell & Gossett (B&G) / Xylem, Inc. being their core brands.
Over the course of my career, I have represented a diverse collection of the world’s leading air conditioning equipment and controls manufacturers, including Daikin Applied, ABB, Dectron, Ingenia, Addison, Alerton and many others. As a Daikin Applied rep with Brooks Building Solutions, I worked fourteen years designing and selling many types of complex equipment and energy efficient systems, including chilled water, DX and VRV systems, 100% OA dehumidification units, and a wide variety of energy recovery devices and systems.
I am comfortable working with firms of all types and sizes, calling on building owners, facilities managers, consulting engineers, and mechanical contractors, solving problems and creating solutions for that span chilled water equipment, hydronic boilers, and IAQ related equipment, system components, and service.
Building strong teams with a collaborative Growth Philosophy, I take a holistic approach to building design by applying highly-efficient, modern technologies into mechanical systems and controls strategies.
